Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies. We work directly with the insurance company and take care of all the paperwork. All you need to do is tell us which company you use.

Do you supply rental cars?
We do not supply rental cars but we can coordinate with the rental company for you.

Is the rental car free?
Normally your insurance company will pay for a rental car, but if your insurance company does not cover this cost, we can arrange for a discounted rate.

Do you have references?

In what kind of vehicles do you specialize?
We specialize in imports from Acura and BMW to Mercedes and VW.

Do we need an appointment to bring in the car?
No, you do not need an appointment for an estimate. Just come in anytime during our regular business hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, insurance and personal checks.
